Conference Room AV Installation

One button. Everything connected. No fumbling, no delays, no IT calls five minutes into the meeting.

Meetings Should Just Work.

A bad conference room is expensive. Failed calls. Wasted time. Frustrated teams. Missed opportunities. Every meeting that starts ten minutes late because no one can get the video to work is money out the door.

We build conference rooms where the technology disappears and the meeting happens.

From small huddle rooms for four people to boardrooms for forty, we design AV systems that work the way they should. Clear audio. High definition video. Simple controls. Compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet right out of the box.

What We Install

  • Video conferencing cameras and microphones tuned to the room

  • Displays sized correctly for the space

  • Touch panel or one-button room control systems

  • Wireless presentation for guests and team members

  • Acoustic treatment and audio reinforcement

  • Network and cabling infrastructure to support it all

One Button. One Cable. One Less Headache.

Anyone on your team can walk into the room and start a meeting. Click the touch panel. Choose the platform. Sit down. That is the entire interaction. No troubleshooting guide. No IT ticket. No awkward five minute delay while three people in the room try to figure out the wireless casting. We design the experience first, then build the system around it.

Why It Matters

layers-three-02

Better meetings, better
decisions

When the technology works, your team focuses on the work. When it does not, everyone in the room is distracted and the meeting runs long.

FAQ

Get answers to questions about our process and what to expect.

What conference room platforms do you support?

We design and install systems compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. If you use something else, ask and we will tell you straight if we can support it.

Can you upgrade an existing conference room?

Sometimes. We will tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what needs to go. We are not going to recommend new equipment just to sell you something.

How long does a conference room install take?

A standard room typically takes a few days. Boardrooms and multi-room projects can take longer. We give you a realistic timeline during the proposal.
